（A）锚机系泊试验 Mooring Test for anchor windlass

1、设备安装完整性良好   The installation of equipment isfinished with fine completeness.

2、测量冷态（热态）绝缘电阻   To measure the cold（hot）insulation resistance.

3、空卷筒正向（反向）运转5分钟   Keep the gypsy running idle for5 minutes positively（reversely）.

4、检查轴承发热状况   To check the hot condition of the bearing.

5、左锚机机械抛锚   Mechanical anchoring for theport windlass.

6、左锚机手动抛锚  Manual anchoring for the portwindlass.

7、测量收锚速度   To measure the anchorreeling-back speed.

8、遥控抛锚   Anchoring by remote control.

9、锚链冲洗水工作正常 The anchor chain flushing water works normally.

10、锚与锚穴贴合正常   The anchor fits the anchor recess well.

11、锚链在锚链筒运行良好 The chain runs well in thehawse pipe.

12、锚链与止链器啮合良好 The chain engages the chainstopper well.

13、锚链已被收紧    The anchor chain has been reeled backalready.

14、试验情况良好，同意验收  The test is okay and it can be accepted.

（B）绞车系泊试验   forWinches

1、检查设备安装完整性    To check the completeness of the installation.

2、检查系泊卷筒额定拉力  To check the rated capacity of the mooring reel.

3、试验符合规范，同意验收   The test is up to the standardand it can be accepted.

（C）舵机系泊试验Mooring test for Steering gear

1、检查各报警点   To check all the alarming points.

2、正（左 / 右）舵角指示    The ahead（port / starboard）rudder angle indication.

3、舵角限位开关    Therudder angle limit switch.

4、储油箱手摇泵操作试验  The operation test of the manual pump for oil storage tank.

5、驾驶室正常操舵试验    Thesteering test at normal condition in W/H.

6、用1号（2号）主泵    RunNo.1(No.2) main pump.

7、同时使用1号、2号主泵  Run No.1 and No.2 main pumps simultaneously.

8、应急操舵试验    Emergency steering test

右舵15°～左舵15°   Starboard15°to port 15°

9、启动1号（2号）主泵   Start No.1 (No.2) main pump.

10、应急供电    Emergency power supply。

（D）克令吊系泊试验 for Crane

1、检验安全装置    To check the safety device.

2、回转半径29m    The working radius is 29m.

3、调节超载保护器  To adjust the overload trip.

4、升至上极限    Hoisting up to the upperlimit.

5、降至下极限    Lowering down to the lowerlimit.

6、变幅试验     Luffing test

7、最大（小）半径  Max (Min) radius.

8、正向（反向）旋转  Turning clockwisely(counter-clockwisely).

9、试验刹车性能   The brake performance test.

10、超载保护试验  The overload protectiontest.

11、超载保护器恢复正常  The overload trip recovers.

12、50T吊不起    It can’t lift up the weight of 50T.

13、45T正常吊起   It cannormally lift up the weight of 45T.

14、旋转试验       The slewing test.

15、每档动作的刹车性能   The brake performance for every shift.

16、应急停车   Emergency stop.
